GENERAL STUFF

Because each and every order is made by hand, we ask that you give us three to four days between ordering and shipping. Depending on the amount or type of product, extra days may be needed to fulfill the order. Our jerky has a 24 hour marinating and smoking time alone. If we expect a delay in processing longer then the provided window, we will contact you immediately with a resolution. Certain delays may be out of our control (weather, outages, etc), but we are resilient bunch and can overcome most setbacks.

"Hey, The price was different yesterday?!?!?" If anyone has visited a grocery store in the last decade, you know that meat prices are volatile. While we do our best to offer the best price and not worry about small fluctuations, we sometimes will have to adjust our prices slightly. We don't like doing it, but in order to keep the meat flowing, it's sometimes necessary.

ALLERGEN WARNING

Products may contain or have come in contact with: Milk, Egg, Crustacean shellfish, Tree nuts, Wheat, Peanuts and Soybeans. While we take the fullest steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are 100% safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg or wheat allergies.

In the case of our Jerky, it is cooked and held to Food Sanitation and Safety Standards for consumption. But since we do not burn the hell out of it, we need to include this: "Eating raw or undercooked meat, poultry, eggs, or seafood poses a health risk to everyone, but especially to the elderly, young children under age 4, pregnant women and other highly susceptible individuals with compromised immune systems. The cooking of such animal foods reduces the risk of illness."

In the case of our Gluten Free Products, we have taken every measure to verify and use products that have been verified as such. Certain ingredients used may still contain trace amounts of gluten. If you are diagnosed with Celiacs Disease, we recommend you do not indulge on our jerky, as we are not certified by any Gluten-Free Certification Programs (GFCP). Since we hand make our foods and marinades, we try to use specialized products that hold this endorsement in our products, but can not guarantee that each product is in fact 100% gluten free.

PRIVACY NOTICE

We at Bite Club have the utmost respect for our customers' privacy. In no way will we violate this philosophy. We will not release any information gathered about our customers. We WILL NOT sell any info, because it drives us nuts when it happens to us.

Any information that we gather from our customers will be compiled anonymously and used solely for our statistical purposes. The statistical information we gather from our customers will be used to help us enhance the shopping experience for our customers.

For Consumption of Bite Clubs BIOHAZARD Flavored Jerky:

* In choosing to purchase and consume Bite Clubs Biohazard Jerky, I fully accept and assume all risks that may occur before, during, or after consumption of this product. I accept this specific notice of the existence of the risks. I shall assume and pay my own medical and emergency expenses in the event of injury, illness, or other incapacity regardless of whether I authorized such expenses. I realize that this activity requires physical conditioning and I represent that I am in sound medical condition capable of consuming this product without risks to myself or others. I have no medical impediment, which would endanger others or myself. Knowing these facts and in consideration of my acceptance, admission to and/or participation in enjoying Bite Clubs Biohazard Jerky, I for myself and anyone acting on my behalf, release, waive, discharge, covenant not to sue and agree to not hold Bite Club or any sponsors; emergency and support personnel, volunteers and their representatives harmless from any and all claims, demands and actions of any and every kind I have, may have or may hereafter accrue against the released parties directly or indirectly arising out of or relating in any respect to my consuming Bite Clubs Biohazard Jerky. If I am a minor, my parent or guardian has read this waiver fully and we both agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement waiver and release. I HAVE READ THIS AGREEMENT, WAIVER AND RELEASE, AND AGREE TO ACCEPT ITS TERMS.

EXTRACT NOTICE

Our Extracts are made with the best ingredients, but we still have to attach this warning to them:

Caution, Extracts may be flammable if exposed to open flame. Use caution when handling.

Because of the raw ingredients and extraction process, extracts are very concentrated. May cause skin irritation.

Do not consume extracts directly from bottle, no matter how amazing they may smell. Extracts are made to to be incorporated into other foods and drinks for dilution.

In the case of our “alcohol” based extracts, they are made with filtered alcohols ranging from 80-190 proof.
